MoneyMax completes digital token issuance

The tokens are Series 011, Series 012, and Series 013.

MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. said in a bourse filing that it has completed the issuance of three digital security tokens—Series 011, Series 012, and Series 013.

For Series 011, the company raised $43.8m, with key company figures such as Executive Chairman and CEO Dato’ Sri Dr. Lim Yong Guan, his family members, and other executives subscribing to a total of $14.48m, which accounts for 33.06% of the series.

Series 012 raised $22.16m, with Dato’ Sri Dr. Lim, his family, and other key shareholders subscribing for $15.46m, making up 69.77% of the series.

Lastly, Series 013 raised S$1.74m, with Chief Operating Officer Tan Yang Hong subscribing to $60,000, representing 3.45% of this series.

These tokens have been listed on the ADDX Exchange.
