China Dairy Group appoints Kwok Kain Sze as Director
Dr. Kwok has worked for Fraser and Neave as Chief Scientific Officer and General Manager.
The Board of China Dairy Group announced the qppointment of Kwok Kain Sze as Independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee. The Board has approved the appointment on the recommendation of the Nominating Committee which had reviewed his background, qualification and experience, according to a China Dairy Group report.
Dr. Kwok, 65, was the Chief Scientific Officer, Food & Beverages of Fraser and Neave Limited from 2003 to 2010. Before this he was General Manager, Food & Beverages - Technical of Fraser and Neave from 2002 to 2003.
