Changi General Hospital, RSAF unveil new aeromedical centre

Changi General Hospital and the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) have opened the Singapore Changi Aeromedical Centre (SCAC) to elevate aviation medicine.

The SCAC will provide clinical and training services to RSAF aircrew, related service personnel, and commercial clients, focusing on aircrew healthcare, aeromedical research, and innovation.

Meanwhile, both parties signed a memorandum of understanding to improve aircrew health and performance, fitness-to-fly assessments, aeromedical evacuation protocols, and operational training
