It is mainly due to a foreign exchange gain of $820,000 during the period.
ISEC Healthcare recorded a $4.2m net profit during the third quarter of the year (Q3 24), an 11% increase from last year’s $3.8m.
The company said this is mainly due to a foreign exchange gain of $820,000 during the period.
Revenue also grew by 5% to $19m, following the increase in revenue of its health services segment due to increased business activities.
However, dividends paid decreased to $1.7m from $4.4m, owing to increased payments of leases, interests, and loans.
Moreover, ISEC said that its purchase of certain strata-title units in Kuala Lumpur may affect the group in the next reporting period.
