Pacific Healthcare appoints Wu Ching Loong as Director
The Board decided to make Wu Ching Loong as Alternate Director to Mr Chee Hong Leong.
The Board of Pacific Healthcare announced the appointment of Wu Ching Loong as Director. The appointment was at the request of Mr Chee Hong Leong, a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr Wu Chin Loong as Alternate Director to Mr Chee. accprding to a Pacific Healthcare report.
In the past, Mr. Chee was in Proventeus Capital Sdn Bhd from 2012 to present He was also an Investment manager, KFH Private Equity from 2006 to 2011. and in Navis Capital Partners from 2002 to 2006.
