Sun East Group appoints Ju Jia as Chief Financial Officer

She head the accounting, financial planning and management, corporate finance and investments, taxation, and overall finance functions of the group. 

The Board of Sun East Group appoints Ms Ju Jia as Chief Financial Officer. She was nominated and assessed by the Nominating Committee and the Audit Committee of the Company. On the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board approved of Ms Ju Jia’s appointment as Chief Financial Officer based on her qualifications and experience.

Her areas of responsibility are accounting, financial planning and management, corporate finance and investments, taxation, and overall management of the finance functions of the Group.

She was Chief Financial Officer of JCH Home Furniture Co., Pte Ltd and Financial Controller of Financial Payment Systems Ltd.
