Two things that can spur growth for OUEHT

The opening of Changi Terminal 4 is one.

Following Changi Airport Group's traffic improvement growth in the month of May, the airport has more in store for Singapore's OUE Hospitality Trust.

To recall, passenger movements were up 4.6% in May and 5.3% for the first five months of the year. In the coming weeks, Changi Airport will see the first commercial flights use Terminal 4 as part of the final phases of trials ahead of the new terminal's official opening.

Meanwhile, the opening of the 1,021sqft flagship store of the luxury skincare line Cle de Peau Beaute at the Mandarin Gallery could also provide a boost to OUEHT.

"We remain positive on the medium-term impact of Terminal 4’s opening for OUE Hospitality Trust’s (OUEHT) Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, as well as the prospect for a sustained improvement in contributions from Mandarin Gallery," OCBC Investment Research analyst Deborah Ong said.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
