NIE, NTU, and NUS programs lead employability rankings with perfect scores

Education and medicine graduates from these universities secured full-time jobs.

The National Institute of Education (NIE) Arts, NIE Science, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) Dentistry, and NUS Medicine lead the Briefcase Index for the most employable degrees in 2026, each recording a 100% full-time permanent employment rate for fresh graduates.

Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) Physiotherapy (Honours) ranks second with a 99.0% employment rate, followed by SIT Occupational Therapy (Honours) at 98.0%.

NUS Pharmacy records a 97.4% rate, whilst NUS Architecture stands at 96.8%. SIT Speech and Language Therapy (Honours) reaches 95.5%.

The list also includes engineering and information systems programmes, with NUS Civil Engineering and SIT Diagnostic Radiography (Honours) both recording 92.4%.

NUS Information Systems and SIT Pharmaceutical Engineering (Honours) record 92.1%, whilst NUS Environmental Studies and SIT Dietetics and Nutrition (Honours) reach 92.0%.

The ranking concludes with Singapore Management University Accountancy and Singapore University of Technology and Design Architecture and Sustainable Design, both recording 91.4%.
