Ban Leong nears delisting as Epicsoft Asia takes over

As of 12 June, Epicsoft Asia holds 100 million shares of Ban Leong.

Ban Leong Technologies is now subject to a takeover by Epicsoft Asia, which has secured over 90% of Ban Leong's issued shares.

As of 12 June, Epicsoft Asia holds more than 100 million shares of Ban Leong Technologies Limited, representing 92.92% of its total issued shares.

Consequently, the percentage of Ban Leong Technologies' shares held by the public has dropped below the 10% Free Float Requirement, resulting in the suspension of trading its shares when the offer closes.
