AEI Corporation appoints Lum Soh Ping as Chief Finance Officer

Ms Lum will manage the Group’s various accounting, financial control and reporting functions.

The Board of AEI Corp. has reviewed and considered Ms Lum Soh Ping's performance and work experience as Finance Manager of the Company, and concluded that she has the relevant requisite experience and capabilities to carry out her duties as a CFO.

Ms Lum, 41, will be responsible for managing the Group’s various accounting, financial control and reporting functions, including tax matters and management information system, according to a n AEI Corp. report.

Previously, she was Finance Manager of AEI Corp (2008 to present) and of China Holdings (2007). She was also a Group Accountant of New toyo Intl Holdings.
