Asia Silk Holdings names Andrew Roach Reddy as Managing Director

Mr Reddy has been working as Managing Director of Chaswood Resources Sdn. Bhd. since 2002.

The Board of Asia Silk Holdings announced the appointment of Andrew Roach Reddy as Managing Director pursuant to the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Chaswood Resources Sdn. Bhd. which was approved by the members at the extraordinary general meeting held on 1 February 2012, according to an Asia Silk Holdings report.

Mr Reddy, 54, is responsible for the formulation of the Chaswood Group's strategic directions and expansion plans and management of the Chaswood Group's overall business development.

He has been a Managing Director of Chaswood Resources Sdn. Bhd. since 2002.
