China Paper Holdings' Director resigns

Ong Tiong Seng gives up hos role in the company to focus on his own business venture.

The Board of China Paper Holdings announced the resignation of Ong Tiong Seng as Director effective Mar 29, 2012. Mr Ong tendered his resignation due to personal reasons and the need to devote more time to concentrate on his other business ventures.

Mr. Ong, 45, was Independent Director, Chairman of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee and a member of Remuneration Committee, according to a China Paper Holdings report.

He was appointed to the post Apr 16, 2004.
