China Sky Chem Fibre Group Financial Controller resigns
Hui San Wing quitted the post due to lack of backing by the group's CEO and independent directors.
The Board of China Sky Chem Fibre Group annouced the resignation of Hui San Wing as Group Financial Comptroller. His resignation came after directors' resignation resulting in the lack of leadership, guidance and support from Chief Executive Officer and independent directors, according to a China Sky Fibre Group.
He was responsible for financial administration and accounting function of the Group, as well as the compliance and financial reporting requirements.
