Elec & Eltek International Company names Ng Hon Chung as executive director

He is also a member of the Executive Committee.

Elec & Eltek International Company announced the appointment of Ng Hon Chung as executive director effective 1 September 2014.

Mr Ng, 56, will manage the attainment of business objectives and financial targets; lead all fundraising efforts; manage all corporate governance compliance; manage all investment, divestments, joint-ventures, collaborations; and implement policies and plans laid down by the board, according to an Elec & Eltek International Company report.

Mr. Ng is a member of the executive committee of Elec and Eltek International Company and was an executive director of the board during the period from 1 May 2010 to 31 October 2012. He joined the group in May 1979 and has served in various senior positions in the group's manufacturing operations in Hong Kong and China. He is currently responsible for the overall operational management of the company's Guangzhou and Kaiping sites.
