GRP Ltd. appoints Low Jze Yee David as Executive Director
Mr. Low will also be a member of the Audit Committee.
The Board of GRP Ltd had considered the Nominating Committee's recommendation and assessment of Mr Low Jze Yee David's qualifications and experience and is satisfied that Mr Low's appointment as Executive Director will be beneficial to the Board and to the Company.
Mr Low, 35, will be in-charge of Business Operations of GRP Group of Companies.
Mr Low was the Investment Manager of Gazelle Capital Pte Ltd from 2010 to present. Prior to this he worked as Commercial Director of The Emotion Group Pty Ltd from 2003 to 2009 and Finance Manager of General Electric Pacific from 2001 to 2003m according to a GRP report.
