Lion Asiapac appoints Ong Yung Wei as Group Accountant

Ong replaces Mr Tee Chee Way, who was the Assistant Group Accountant of the company since 2009.

The Board of Lion Asiapac Ltd. appointed Mr. Ong Yung Wei as Group Accountant, effective 12 October.

Mr. Ong will be responsible for matters relating to financial accounting and reporting, treasury control and taxation of the Group, according to a Lion Asiapac report.

Mr. Ong, 37 previously worked as Finance Manager of Kinergy Ltd from 2007 to 2011. He was also the Financial Controller of GlobalRoam Group Ltd in 2006 and Senior Accountant OTO Bodycare Pte Ltd.

Mr. Ong replaced Mr Tee Chee Way who resigned to attend to family matters. Mr. Tee was the Assistant Group Accountant of the Company since 2009, before he assumed the position of Group Accountant.
