Lorenzo International appoints Ng Siong Lin as Executive Officer
Mr Ng relinquished his Independent Director post in exchange.
The Board of Lorenzo International announced the appointment of Ng Siong Lin as Executive Officer. After assessing Mr Ng's abilities and work experience, the Board of Directors invited him to join the Company as a full-time staff.
As Mr Ng accepted the abovementioned invitation and will be appointed as an Executive Officer with effect from 1 March 2012, Mr Ng resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company, according to a Lorenzo International report.
