Creative Master clarifies Business Times article

There was inaccuracy as to the date of trading suspension.

The Business Times article “Creative Master receives delisting notification from SGX” dated 24-25 March 2012 said, “Trading of shares in Creative Master was suspended after the market closed yesterday and the suspension will remain until the completion of the cash exit offer.”

Creative Master Bermuda Limited clarified that, as it announced on SGXNet on 23 March 2012, “trading in the Company’s securities will continue until 5 pm, 23 April 2012, and trading in the Company’s securities shall remain suspended from 9 am, 24 April 2012 until completion of the cash exit offer.”

The company will make necessary announcements via SGXNet of further development.
