CapitaLand India Trust issues $100m perpetual securities at 4.4% fixed rate

This is part of its $1.5b debt issuance programme.

CapitaLand India Trust has issued $100m perpetual securities at a 4.4% fixed rate under its $1.5b multi-currency debt issuance programme.

This follows the announcement dated 25 June 2025 on the pricing of the perpetual securities.

The company said it will use the net proceeds to refinance existing borrowings, repay loans, and finance other business activities.
