Coliwoo revamps old Bukit Timah Fire Station into a lifestyle destination
The property is set to be launched in September 2025.
Coliwoo, a subsidiary of real estate services group LHN Limited, will launch a one-of-a-kind co-living concept at the old Bukit Timah Fire Station in September 2025.
Coliwoo said it will transform the heritage site into an integrated lifestyle destination that seamlessly blends nature, community, and curated experiences.
The serviced apartment will have flexible lease terms, with a minimum stay of six nights.
Aside from co-living, the revitalised development was purposefully curated to deliver lifestyle-driven experiences for both residents and visitors alike.
“Beyond co-living, the mixed-use development will feature experiential retail, community-led events, and eco-conscious initiatives to engage members and the wider public,” Coliwoo disclosed in its bourse filing.
Among the plans were rotating artisan markets, micro-workshops, and craft-focused tenants such as urban farmers and beer brewers in Coliwoo Bukit Timah Fire Station. The property will also have a swimming school and other experiential retailers.
Coliwoo won the tender for this state property nestled along Singapore’s scenic Rail Corridor at 260 Upper Bukit Timah Road last year.
