Fu Yu taps ACA to vet new independent directors

ACA found nothing to suggest the proposed new directors are unsuitable for appointment.

Fu Yu Corporation has appointed Asian Corporate Advisors (ACA) to assess the suitability and independence of the proposed new independent directors of the company.

The new directors include Gilbert L. Rodrigues, Ralf Pilarczyk, Yang Zhenrong, and Haytham T KH S Al Essa.

ACA completed its assessment on 20 June and was finalised after receiving confirmations on outstanding matters.

In its assessment, ACA found nothing to suggest the proposed new directors are unsuitable for appointment as independent non-executive directors.
