Keppel Infrastructure Trust completes sale of 50% stake in Philippine Coastal Storage & Pipeline Corporation

It no longer holds any equity stake in PCSPC.

Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd., in its capacity as trustee-manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT), has announced the successful completion of its divestment in Philippine Coastal Storage & Pipeline Corporation (PCSPC).

The transaction, initially disclosed on 23 October 2024, involved the sale of KIT’s entire 50% equity interest in PCSPC to affiliates of I Squared Capital.

According to KIT, the deal was completed on 20 March 2025.

Following the completion of the sale, KIT no longer holds any equity stake in PCSPC.
