KSH Holdings raises $8.67m from sale of treasury shares at $0.305 per share

Proceeds will be used for the group’s working capital needs.

 

KSH Holdings Limited announced that it completed the sale of 28.9 million treasury shares through a placement, raising $8.67m in net cash proceeds.

The shares were sold at $0.305 per share, representing a discount of 6.44% to the volume-weighted average price of $0.326 for trades executed on 20 August 2025.

In its bourse filing, the group said the proceeds will be utilised for working capital purposes.

Evolve Capital Advisory Private Limited and Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd. were appointed as the placement and sub-placement agents, respectively.

The placement attracted prominent investors, including ICH Capital Pte Ltd, GinkoAGT Global Growth Fund and Lion Global Investors Limited (as investment manager for and on behalf of its clients), as well as other corporate and individual investors.
