The Board of Transcu Group announced the resignation of Lance Robert Frey as Chief Financial Officer effective Mar 23 to pursue other career opportunities.
Mr. Frey, 48, was tasked to oversee the Group’s financial and administrative matters, according to a Transcu Group report.
New was appointed to the post Oct 1, 2011.
