Mr Siddiqui abandoned post to pursue his other business interest.
The Board of K1 Ventures announced the resignation of Masroor Taale Siddiqui as Non-executive and Independent director.
Mr Siddiqui, 41, is also a Member of Audit Committee and Chairman of Compensation and Share Option Committee, according to a K1 Ventures report.
He was appointed to the post 19 November 2010.
