Interweave, Viento, and Terasse preview this week

Three new condominiums are launching this week starting with BS Capital’s “Interweave” at Kim Keat, to be followed by Endo Properties’ “Viento” at Geylang and MCL Land’s Terasse at Hougang.


The 169-unit “Interweave”, formerly called the “Colorscan Building”, opens today, May 16 instead of May 13 as earlier reported. Being located in a highly sought after private residential estate in district 12, the property will no doubt offers rare opportunity with high potential for growth and appreciation, said Huttons Asia’s Associate Director James Guan.


“[The Interweave at 21 storey] is a new high rise concept that will be the highest in the vicinity and it is in close proximity to everywhere that matters,” he said.


The property, which will receive Temporary Occupancy Permit (TOP) in 2018 is near to Singapore Medical Hub and Medical facilities. One will only have short walk going to Curtin University Singapore while Balestier Hill Primary and Hong Wen Schools are just one kilometre away. It is also surrounded with plenty of famous eateries and amenities including Whampoa Food Center and Market and just about 10 minutes walk to upcoming Zhong San Park Shopping and Hotel.

The 8-storey “Viento” which housed 48 units will preview on Wednesday, May 18. The main attraction of the property located at Centralise City Fringe, District 14, will be its high potential for capital Appreciation with the upcoming Paya Lebar Business Hub, according to Cheng Siew Meng, marketing manager of Huttons.


Furthermore, the property specialist tagged the property as an “affordable low quantum with good rental yield”. A one-bedroom unit, with size ranging from 431-474 sqft, starts from $509K while two-bedroom units of around 506-764 sqft are being sold from $628K and up.


The “Viento”, expected to receive TOP at the end of 2015, is just minutes away from the Aljunied MRT and Paya Lebar MRT Interchange and has an easy access to expressways including PIE, KPE and EC. There are plenty of famous eateries in the vicinity while it only takes one few minutes-drive to Integrated Resort and Suntec City.


The “Terasse”, consists of 414 units housed in 8 blocks of 5 Story development and situated in district 19, meanwhile, will launch on Saturday, May 21. The property with a land area of 325,024 sqft is a “rare large scale development” which offers “high potential for resale and rental”, said property specialist Kenny Tay of apropertyaffair.com.
