The tender for Bayshore Road received eight bids, with Sing-Haiyi Garnet Pte. Ltd. securing the top bid of $658.89m.
Sing-Haiyi Garnet is a joint venture between SingHaiyi Group and Haiyi Holdings.
The second highest bid was Sing Holdings Residential Pte. Ltd at $653.53m. This is followed by CDL Polaris Properties Pte. Ltd at $620.80m; Frasers Property Phoenix II Pte Ltd, Sekisui House, Ltd. and KH Capital Pte. Ltd at $610m; and Kingsford Huray Development Pte Ltd at $594.5m.
Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd and Sunway Developments Pte. Ltd., Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd., TID Residential Pte. Ltd. and CSC Land Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., and Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd also maid bids.
The Bayshore Road site was launched for public tender on 26 November 2024.
