Chart of the Day: 2,226 condo units sold in H1 cost less than $2m

952 units were sold for less than $1m.

This chart from Savills Research shows that 60% or 2,226 units sold in H1 2018 had a price tag of more than $1m but less than $2m. Meanwhile, 25.6% or 952 units were valued for sale at less than $1m.

In total, 3,178 units were sold below $2m in H1 2018. 

Meanwhile, only 10% was sold at more than $2m but less than $3m. Only 4% of the total units were sold at a price tag of more than $5m.
