Check out these three major residential projects which will be launched in March

All three belong to the mass market segment.

The launch of three major residential projects could cause developer sales to register a substantial uptick in March, following extremely lacklustre statistics for January and February.

OrangeTee Research noted that the upcoming launches of Kingsford Waterbay by Kingsford Property Development, North Park Residences by Frasers Centrepoint and Botanique at Bartley by UOL Group should be able to stir market interest this month.

“Up to this writing, Kingsford Waterbay has sold about 150 units out of 320 units launched, which is commendable considering current market sentiments. The show flat for North Park Residences has already opened, and balloting is expected to take place at the end of March. Botanique At Bartley is expected to be launched at the end of March,” OrangeTee noted.

RHB Securities Research noted that all three projects belong to the mass market segment and make up over 55% of all the major launches slated for 2015.

“We expect new homes sales to do better in next month release. Nonetheless, we think the lifeless property market seen last year is likely to persist into 2015,” RHB noted.
