Prices of completed private condos down 0.3% in June: NUS

Overall prices of completed private non-landed residential properties fell 0.3% in June, according to the National University of Singapore (NUS) Singapore Residential Price Index Series (SRPI).

Prices of shoebox flats fell the most, booking a 1.1% decline in June.

Flats in non-central regions fell by 0.9%, while flats in the central region rose by 0.3%.
