ASL Marine divests Indonesian associate company

The group intends to use the proceeds for its working capital requirements.

ASL Marine Holdings has divested its entire stake in its Indonesian associate company, PT. Hafar Capitol Nusantara,  for $4.9m (IDR62.3t).

ASL Marine’s 75%-owned subsidiary, PT. Cipta Nusantara Abadi signed a share purchase agreement with the purchaser, PT. Hafar Daya Samudera.

The group intends to use the proceeds for its working capital requirements.

Based on ASL Marine’s results for the nine months of the financial year 2025, the disposal will result in a loss of $2.6m, not including fees and costs incurred. 

According to the company, the disposal is part of the group’s ongoing rationalisation of its non-core assets and financial optimisation.
