Lum Chang Holdings’ director disposes over 111,000 Ellipsiz shares

Seng’s stake in the company now stands at 55.19%.

Lum Chang Holdings’s managing director, David Lum Kok Seng, has disposed of 111,100 shares from Ellipsiz Limited, according to a bourse filing.

The shares were disposed of for a total of $48,218.15.

Following the transaction, Seng’s deemed interest stood at 206.7 million shares, down from 206.8 million previously.

His stake in the company now stands at 55.19%.
