Singapore Post names Winston Paul Wong Chi Huang as joint company secretary

He will be acting jointly with the existing Company Secretary, Ms Genevieve Tan McCully, in the discharge of their duties and functions.

Singapore Post announced the appointment of Winston Paul Wong Chi Huang as joint company secretary.

Mr Wong, 44, will be responsible for the Group's legal and corporate secretarial matters, according to a Singapore Post report.

In the past, he was head of Legal and Corporate Secretariat and company secretary of SMRT Corporation from March 2012 to January 2013, legal counsel, Supply Chain & Enterprise Support of Unilever Asia from November 2011 to March 2012, and associate general counsel of Avnet Technology Solutions, Asia Pacific from February 2011 to November 2011.
