Major players set taxi surcharges from Changi Airport and Mandai at $8

Trips at other times would incur a surcharge of $6.

Taxi riders from Mandai and Changi Airport can expect permanent surcharges on their trips starting 1 July, ComfortDelGro Taxi and STRIDES Premier said in a separate statement on 25 June.

Previously, trips from Mandai and Changi Airport between 5pm and 11:59pm daily incurred a surcharge of $8, whilst trips at other times incurred a surcharge of $6.

Additionally, surcharges for taxi trips from Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Night Safari, and Bird Paradise will increase permanently from $3 to $5 for trips between 1pm and 11:59pm every day, starting 1 July.
