Keppel consolidates units in strategic merger

The company has merged two of its subsidiaries to streamline organisational structure.

Keppel Corporation announced the amalgamation of two of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, Keppel Fund Management Limited and Keppel Capital Alternative Asset Pte. Ltd.

The amalgamation took effect on 28 June and was undertaken to streamline the company’s organisational structure.

The Amalgamation is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the company for the current financial year.
