Following the completion, SEI, founded in 2009, became an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of CSE Global.
Based on the telecommunications solutions business’s unaudited financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, its net profit stood at $2.3m (US$1.8m), whilst EBITDA was about $2.19m (US$1.7m).
The deal was conducted on a cash-free, debt-free basis. CSE said 80% of the purchase consideration was paid on the completion date.
Meanwhile, the remaining amount will be paid after post-closing purchase price adjustments are determined within 120 days, or at a later date if agreed by both parties.
