SingPost appoints Dr Wolfgang Baier as Group CEO
The current Chief Executive Officer (International) has also been appointed Board Director.
Singapore Post Ltd said Dr Baier will lead the Group as it steps up its transformation efforts to become a regional company, with logistics and e-commerce as its key growth engines.
Mr Lim Ho Kee, Chairman of SingPost, said, “At this phase of the Group’s transformation, the Board recognises the need to strengthen the SingPost management as it broadens its horizons into new geographies and businesses.”
Meanwhile SingPost is finalising the appointments of the Chief Operations Officer and Head of e-Commerce.
