CNA Group shells out S$3m in first Australian venture

JV with AMMS Group underway.

In a release, CNA Group Ltd., announced that it has entered into non-binding memorandum of understanding with AMMS Group Pty Limited for a S$3 million investment in AMMS to develop and expand the industrial maintenance and mining services in Australia, in particular, the provision of Industrial Washing and Cleaning services for the resource and energy sector. 

Both parties will enter into further discussions, including the establishment of a possible Joint Venture, after the execution of definitive documents related to the investment.

This MOU for investment in AMMS to provide Industrial Washing and Cleaning services for the commodity, resource, agriculture and energy sector marks the Company’s first foray into Australia.
