Asia Power promotes Wang Daxi as executive director

His appointment coincides with the resignation of Tian Aimin as executive director and CEO.

The Board of Asia Power announced the appointment of Wang Daxi as executive director.

Mr Wang, 43, will be responsible for the overall financial and accounting functions and investment projects of the Group.

Before his appointment, he was vice president of Asia Power from 2009 to present. Before this he was vice president of Yangpu Fudaxin Investment from 2007 to 2009 and chief financial official of Yangpu Jia He Tai Fung Investment from 2004 to 2007.

Meanwhile, Mr Tian, 39, resigned his post to pursue own personal interest, according to an Asia Power report.

He was appointed as executive director and CEO on 1 January 2010.
