K-Green Trust appoints Lionel Chua as CFO

He will replace Kang Leng Hui, who resigned as part of the Keppel Group's key finance talent management scheme.

The Board of K-Green Trust announced the appointment of Lionel Chua as chief financial officer.

Mr Chua, 40, will be responsible for Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd.'s and K-Green Trust's financial and reporting functions, including accounting, taxation, treasury and compliance, according to a K-Green Trust report.

In the past, he was financial controller of Keppel REIT Management from April 2011 to April 2013. Prior to this, he was CFO of Mary Chia Holdings from September 2009 to April 2011 and vice president, finance of The Ascott Group Limited from November 2007 to July 2009.
