Ecowise Holdings announced the resignation of Lilian Tan Yin Yen as chif financial officer effective 16 November 2013.
Ms Tan, 51, is responsible for the overall financial management of the Groups business, according to an Ecowise Holdings report.
She was appointed to the post 16 December 2011.
