Sound Global appoints Zhang Jingzhi as executive director and CEO

He is tasked to spearhead the group to its goal of becoming a leading integrated solutions in the industry.

The Board of Sound Global announced the appointment of Zhang Jingzhi as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Zhang, 42, will steer Sound Global nearer its goal of becoming a leading integrated solutions provider in the water and wastewater treatment industry, according to a Sound Global report.

Prior to his appointment, he was Executive Chairman of Beijing Environment Sanitation Investment from April 2011 to February 2013. Before this, he was Director/General Manager Sound Environmental Resources Co., Ltd. from January 2004 to March 2011 and Vice President of Sound Group Limited (formerly known as Beijing Sound Environment Group Co., Ltd) from April 2001 to January 2004.
