Sino COnstruction announced the resignation of Zhou Xing Zhong as executive director.

Mr Zhou, 41, will be responsible for overseeing the financial functions, operations for building construction and civil engineering works, safety, budgets, information, contracts and material management.

William Joseph Condon who was appointed as an executive director of the company on 16 December 2013 is responsible for the day-to-day business operation and also overseeing the business expansion of the group, according to a Sino Construction report.

He was appointed to the position 1 April 2013.
