4 in 5 Singaporean workers don't have "me" time anymore

"Family time" is also inadequate.

According to a happiness poll by NTUC's family development unit, U Family, only about 1 in 5 Singaporean workers actually have time for themselves after fulfilling their respective commitments.

Less than half of the survey respondents said that the time they spend with their families is not enough.

1 in 2 respondents said financial stability and work-life balance will make them happier.

It was also noted in the survey that only 225 of the respondents have the flexibility to work at home or in the office.
