Dato' Mohammed Azlan Bin Hashim retires as Asiasons Capital director

He has volunteered to step down has volunteered to preserve a good corporate governance practice.

Asiasons Capital announced the retirement of Dato' Mohammed Azlan Bin Hashim as non-executive non-independent director.

Dato' Mohammed Azlan Bin Hashim, 57, was also a member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to an Asiasons Capital report.

He was appointed to the post 16 July 2007.
