Global Orion unveils second residential project

After the The Viridian at Balestier comes the Naung Residence at Hougang.

“We have finalised the design of our latest residential development, Naung Residence, in the Hougang area. We are especially excited about this project as the design will continue in Global Orion Properties’ traditional vane of providing innovative designs while maintaining functionality,” the firm’s director Satia Narjadin told Singapore Business Review.

The property, which is tenured at 999 years will be launched in the last quarter of the year. It shall be comprised of mostly larger units as it targets HDB upgraders.

Global Orion expects the property to generate strong response given its good location.

“Naung Residence is within the Hougang Town Centre, which has been earmarked as a Key Landmark Development which will be integrated with public transport services and lifestyle offerings,” said Mr. Narjadin.

“Hougang Town itself is also designated to be rejuvenated as part of the government’s Remaking Our Heartland initiative to preserve its rich heritage and enhance its vibrancy,” he added.
