Here's how much Singapore's big property players sold within March

City Dev sold an impressive 1,159 units.

Nomura listed the sales of property companies that are under their coverage. Within the month of March, CapitaLand (CAPL SP, Neutral) sold a further 79 units at d’Leedon (vs. 166 units in February). Interlace moved 14 units whilst Bedok Residences, Sky Habitat and Urban Resort moved 2 units each within the month.

City Developments (CIT SP, Neutral) sold a total of 1,159 units within the month, of which 1,066 units were from D’Nest and Bartley Ridge, new projects launched in March. Other projects worth mentioning include H2O residences and Hedges Park, which sold 41 and 21 units, respectively.

Keppel Land (KPLD SP, Buy) sold 1 unit at Marina Bay Suites within the month, bring cumulative sales to 87.8%.

UOL (UOL SP, Buy) sold 3 units at Spottiswoode Residences, which is now 98% sold out.

Wing Tai (WINGT SP, Buy) sold 9 units at Foresque Residences.
