Jetstar Group to operate flights from Changi Airport

This will begin on 22 March 2023.

The Jetstar Group will be operating flights from Changi Airport, starting 22 March 2023, the company announced.

Jetstar Asia (3K) and Jetstar Airways (JQ) will in particular be relocating to Changi Airport’s Terminal, which is expected to allow them to optimise the use of aircraft gates.

This comes in light of the growing demand for air travel, which the Group sees also as an opportunity for growth.

The first Jetstar Asia flight to arrive at the terminal will be 3K766 from Manila at 00:40 on 22 March 2023, whilst the first flight to take off from Singapore to Melbourne will be JCQ at 22:10 on the same day.

Jetstar Airways will continue to fly between Singapore and Melbourne up to six times a week, carrying over 200,000 passengers each year between the two cities.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
