SATS’ CFO Manfred Seah to step down on 25 July

Seah holds 694,603 ordinary shares in SATS.

SATS CFO Manfred Seah, who has been in the role since September 2017, will be stepping down on 25 July.

Seah will assume the role of special advisor with SATS and continue to lead group-wide projects upon his cessation as CFO.

Seah holds 694,603 ordinary shares in SATS. 

The company has yet to announce his successor.
