Customers who booked a flight on SIA or SilkAir, scheduled on or before 15 March for travel up to 31 May, can retain the full value of the unused portion of their tickets as travel credits, which can be used to book new flights until 30 June 2021.

Bonus flight credits ranging from $75 to $500 will be distributed per cabin class. Clients whose flights were cancelled by the airlines can also avail of the option.

Customers can also opt for a refund and have their cancellation and no-show fees waived. Those who used miles to purchase tickets will have both their miles and taxes refunded, the airline said. However, they will not be eligible for any flight credits.
